Stroke clothing. The men’s pants are so comfortable, so easy and so smart, you would never know they were disability clothing. As soon as we have more made up they are out the door! The pull on trousers are definitely our men’s best seller.
The pants are designed for those who like the comfort of a stretch pant. Who like to be able to simply pull their pants up and down without struggling with fasteners, zips and belts. They are for the man who likes to have side pockets in his pants. The man who likes to look smart and before the need for disability clothing had always made a great effort with his appearance. These pants are another example that disability clothing can look great and be practical. That the person with a disability can dress with style and ease!
Stroke clothing: The design brief for the disability clothing pants:
Stroke clothing: Men who had had a stroke, their wives and their families were always disheartened by the limited choice of ‘track pants’ for an easy pull on option of trousers for men. As a nurse, Sally Aydon, designer for the David Lindsay range could see there was a need for some smart trousers that were easy for a man to pull on and that once on, they would look great.
It’s easy to see why these are our best seller. Men love to wear them. They look great on and women (who we know do the buying) love the look of their men in these fabulous trousers! They are disability clothing with style!
We have new season colours that are already very popular. Each season we are able to offer up to date colours and fabrics for our men’s shorts and trousers. This season is no exception! We have a lovely textured fabric in sage which can be best described as being in the khaki range of colours, the texture gives it a smart updated look. We have equinox which is a very dark blue and almond which is a beige.
